What are my payment options – credit card and/or invoicing?

You can use your credit card to pay for any subscription and we can invoice you annually.

We want to bring in some new team members. How can we do that, and how will it affect our costs?

You can either add them as a user, or they can log in with their Google or Microsoft Office 365 credentials.

Teams are charged as a whole, based on the expected number of users for the year (decided by the team owner). If the actual user count goes over the estimate by more than 20%, the team owner gets an invoice.

Why do we do it this way? Well, because employee numbers change; people join and leave. Adding one new team member while losing one shouldn't mean paying for an extra spot.

My team want to cancel their subscription. How can we do that? Can we get a refund?

Simply reach out to us at support@knowledgedrive.com to cancel your subscription. If you've only been with us for less than 3 months, then we'll arrange your refund.

Do you offer discounts for charities/not-for-profit organisations or educational institutions?
